BANA Voluntary Dues

What do my dues go towards?

BANA is a 501(c)(3) organization, so your dues are tax-deductible!

​

Dues are voluntary, apply to both homeowners and renters, and go to several items throughout the year, including: 

  • Neighborhood signs

  • Maintenance

  • Yard of the Month​

  • Maintaining this website​

​

In addition, we are currently fundraising for two special projects:

  1. To replace the Cardinal Heights sign that was destroyed due to storm damage

  2. To plant privacy trees on Ouachita Drive along the backside of the DeSoto Park Apartments complex, formerly the Briarwood Apartments.
